At Liverpool Street, we were appointed to carry out a complete roof-level condenser replacement for a busy central London hotel. The project involved the removal of existing rooftop units and the installation of 14 new Panasonic upflow condensers, delivered with minimal disruption to hotel operations and guests.
To ensure a safe and efficient installation, we coordinated a crane lift operation to deliver all 14 new condensers to the rooftop. The old units were manually dismantled and removed by hand, requiring meticulous planning and precision from our engineering team to execute without incident or delay.
We liaised closely with hotel management to schedule work during low-occupancy periods, limiting noise and disruption. This approach allowed the hotel to maintain full service to guests while we completed the project.
The newly installed Panasonic condenser units were strategically positioned to optimise airflow and energy efficiency, helping to reduce operational costs and enhance overall climate control for the hotel. The modern systems offer improved reliability and guest comfort, aligning with the property’s sustainability goals.
This project demonstrates our ability to deliver high-spec commercial HVAC upgrades in live environments, with a strong emphasis on safety, coordination, and operational continuity.
